Nemeka Foundation is a Tanzanian-based non-profit organization focused on community-based initiatives helping those in need. Most of our projects, programs, and services aim at supporting economically marginalized groups, including women, youth, men, children, elders, and people living with disabilities
We are a relatively new youth-based foundation, started in 2024 by a group of university graduates, with experience obtained from working in and assisting various charitable and non-profit organizations. The founders felt concern over the fact that many Tanzanian social concerns affecting young people weren’t being addressed so they undertook research to define the problems and come up with potential solutions.
